Jim founded Houghton Realty over 25 years ago. He believes in honesty, hard work, and commitment to his clients. Jim ensures that everyone on his team follows these principles because every client matters.
Jason Uswak
Strata Manager
Jason practiced law for five years at the largest Canadian law firm before joining the family business. He has extensive experience with construction and contract negotiation from working at a construction subsidiary of an S&P 500 company. Jason also spent five years working in various roles at a local credit union. He offers a highly experienced and unique skillset to his clients.

Kimberley has been buying and selling real estate for her clients for over a decade. She sells detached homes, and stratified units like townhouses and condominiums. Her background in strata management also gives her unique insight into buying and selling strata units.

Prior to real estate, Roy had many years of working and consulting for large corporations. His knowledge is widespread and based on immeasurable experience. He brought that knowledge and experience to real estate which has helped him achieve a long list of loyal and happy clients.
